MediLens is NOT a medical device. It is designed solely as a lifestyle and health tracking tool and is not intended to monitor vital signs, diagnose diseases, or cure any medical conditions. All content is for informational purposes only. Users must always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

You represent and warrant that you meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, have full legal capacity, and own or are authorized to upload the content you provide.

You agree not to upload false, misleading, or unlawful content; not to use the App for illegal purposes; and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the App. You are solely responsible for all consequences arising from your use of the App.

English — 6. Data Ownership & License
You retain ownership of all medical images you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and analyze such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We commit NOT to use your personal health data to train public general AI models without your explicit consent.

用户上传的医疗图片及其原始所有权归用户本人所有。您授予我们一项有限的、非独占的、全球性的许可，允许我们存储、处理和分析相关数据，仅用于向您提供服务。我们承诺，未经您明确同意，不会将您的个人健康数据用于训练通用的公共 AI 模型。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy or availability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
